We chat about Dave's method of smoking ribs on a gas grill with a smoker box full of wood chips, then segue to cooking methods for other foods: burgers, hot dogs, chicken, oysters, and many other foods out there. Plus some talk about the takeout scene during the pandemic and other edible scenarios.
