On this week's NBA Report Podcast, Chris and Dave look at the red-hot, new look Memphis Grizzlies and other hot teams in the NBA. The Grizzlies, with contributions from Mike Conley, Marc Gasol, and young players like Jaren Jackson Jr., have suddenly escalated to the top of the standings, while staying true to their ongoing tough-minded defensive mentality. We also look at the still pesky Orlando Magic with more big performances against the Lakers and Warriors, nearly beating the Warriors at Oracle Arena on Monday.
Later we look at some sagging teams including the Boston Celtics who have been unable to score much recently and are playing inconsistent defense. Plus, more on the flagging Utah Jazz who now are without Donovan Mitchell for several games. Ron, John, Andy, and our latest guest picker look at a potential trap game between Syracuse and Notre Dame, plus recap last week's College action. From the NFL, we look at some pretty good late games between the Sehawks and Rams plus a Sunday Night survival for Dallas at the Eagles. Are the Eagles now in trouble for the division. Then, we preview a game most people loved for weeks: Chiefs vs Rams. However, we cover the recent move of the game from Mexico City, where conditions deteriorated the field, back to Los Angeles, the Rams' home. After that, the Week 12 football picks with the entire panel on the air, and a guest picker to be announced during the program.
